Public and Governmental Affairs

We advise associations and the public sector (e.g. corporations) on health law issues and assist them in initiating and shaping ordinance and legislative procedures.
We participate in the academic discourse. Our lawyers are involved in academia through teaching assignments or a full professorship, lectures at events, editorships and numerous publications. Within the framework of their memberships in various organisations, associations and societies, we actively shape the health care system.
