WirtschaftsWoche Legal All Stars: Prof. Dr. Martin Stellpflug achieved 1st place in medical law

 WirtschaftsWoche magazine has awarded our partner Prof. Dr. Martin Stellpflug its first Legal All Star award. Prof. Dr. Martin Stellpflug prevailed in a multi-stage selection process and achieved 1st place in the legal field of medical law (service provider/service provider). We congratulate and rejoice with him!

For the award, WirtschaftsWoche together with the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) surveyed 450 medical lawyers from 115 law firms. The survey results were then voted on by a jury of in-house counsel, professors, litigation funders and consultants. Law firms and attorneys were weighted and complemented.

Prof. Dr. Martin Stellpflug is a specialist lawyer for social and medical law, as well as a mediator. He has been a partner in our firm since 2001 and advises primarily in the areas of contract physician law, psychotherapist law, cooperation and professional law of the medical professions, and medical liability law.
