BSG zieht dem Outsourcing ärztlicher Leistungen im Krankenhaus weitere Grenzen
Gem. § 2 Abs. 2 S. 2 Nr. 2 KHEntgG zählen die Leistungen Dritter zu den allgemeinen Krankenhausleistungen.
